Since our inception in 2008, Junkyard Athletic has offered its SubliTWILL product (sublimated twill) using a proprietary polyester twill with a permanent adhesive backing.

SubliTWILL was created in order to provide a quick and easy way to get full color custom printing, at a fraction of the time and cost of other methods.  Whether for a jersey, bag, or a team banner, SubliTWILL can deliver a full color dye-sublimated product with no set up charges!  In fact, if you provide your artwork in print ready vector format, you'll avoid any artwork charges as well!

All SubliTWILL products are created by using dye-sublimation technology. Dye-sublimation takes solid dye particles, changes them into gas, bonds them with any polymers present, and then converts them back into a solid, all using simple heat and pressure.  The result is a full color print that is permanently impregnated into the twill. 

Unlike screen printing or heat transfers, SubliTWILL won't crack, fade or peel, providing your customer with the same vibrant colors on day 500 as they had on day 1!  To ensure the highest quality possible, all SubliTWILL products are printed on site, under our direct control. 

Because the dye-sublimation process allows for full color printing, including gradients and fades, without the setup costs and limitations associated with screen printing, we encourage our clients to use as many colors as they like and be creative!  The cost of doing one color or 50 colors is nearly the same, therefore, we believe in "one-price fits all".  Pricing on SubliTWILL varies depending upon the size of the logo, however, logos start at $6 each plus shipping.

Additionally all SubliTWILL custom logos, numbers and name plates are backed with adhesive, so putting logos, numbers or name plates onto a jersey or a bag has never been easier.  Simply set your heat press to 350 degrees, medium pressure setting, and press for 15 seconds!  When pressed onto the jersey properly, sewing of the logo to the jersey is not needed, although it is always recommended.

What's needed to get your SubliTWILL logos started?
Your logo should be sent to us in Adobe Illustrator or SVG format.  If you don't have this, send a high resolution JPEG or PNG file and we can help you vectorize your logo for a nominal fee.

If you don't have a logo and want one designed for you, this is done on a quote basis.
